Chemical Compound : Cu : Min. % 99.90 / P : % 0.015-0.040
Standards: TS380, EN1057, EN12449, EN12451, EN13600

PRODUCTION:
Mother tubes manufactured with DHP-Cu billets are cold milled at two passes through Go and Back machines after which pipe drawing process is conducted at different passes through the use of Spinner Block machine according to the size of the finished product.

The finished product is manufactured in the form of, coil, pancake, LWC and PVC coated tubes at Finishing Line. The products are marketed as hard or annealed tubes in line with the requirements of the customers.

AREAS OF APPLICATION
- The product is widely used in several applications including water heaters, combi boilers, sanitary systems, heating systems, room and industrial air-conditioners, solar power systems, floor heating systems, air and grease systems, medical installations, exchangers and natural gas systems. Highly conductive and processable. Suitable for brazing, welding and similar processes. Highly formable.
  
  Superior to other materials in terms of tensile strength and resistance. Heat resistant and free from potential threats which might be posed by rodents, unlike plastic pipes. Highly resistant to corrosion. Copper is a natural and pure element which is fully recoverable. It is a bright reddish metal which is characterized as one of the best electric conductors. Copper is the third most widely used metal after iron and aluminium. It is suitable for producing various alloyed parts. Its density is 8960 kg / m3.
